How coaching works
We invite you to take advantage of a complimentary 30-minute coaching session to see if working with a coach is right for you. If you decide to continue, we ask that you commit to a three month coaching relationship. Your initial session will last approximately two hours. Most of our clients find this session extremely beneficial, rewarding, and self-revealing. Thereafter, your coach will create a regular coaching schedule based on your preference. Although each person is different, the majority of our clients get the best results with 2-3 hours of coaching per month, broken up into 45-minute sessions. You may decide to be coached more or less--the choice is yours.
